In using this website, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the Terms of Use presented below.

These Terms of Use are subject to change by Asociația Centrul pentru o Societate Durabilă, the organizer of consolid8 Festival 2023, at any time in its discretion. Please consult this page regularly.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

consolid8 Festival 2023 is taking place in Brasov, Romania and is organized by Asociația Centrul pentru o Societate Durabilă.

This document sets out the terms and conditions between Asociația Centrul pentru o Societate Durabilă and you when you register for any event or conference or participate in any survey organised by Asociația Centrul pentru o Societate Durabilă. By registering for an event or conference organised by the Asociația Centrul pentru o Societate Durabilă or completing a survey you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

You should read this document carefully. Asociația Centrul pentru o Societate Durabilă reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

DECLARATION OF CONSENT

I hereby give my consent for Asociația Centrul pentru o Societate Durabilă to collect, process and use my personal data for the purposes of processing the purchase of my ticket and for any other use for which I have consented.

DECLARATION OF CONSENT

1. PURCHASING TICKETS

I hereby give my consent for the mandatory and voluntary data collected from me with the purpose of registering for tickets sold by Asociația Centrul pentru o Societate Durabilă, as specified and required on the registration website pages of the festival organized by Asociația Centrul pentru o Societate Durabilă. I further give my permission for my user account details to be stored. I acknowledge that I may provide Asociația Centrul pentru o Societate Durabilă a reasonable timeframe to remove my details at any time that I no longer wish to be stored.

I acknowledge and accept that my data will be used for in accordance with this General Data Protection Regulation and Declaration of Consent and will be retained and stored for the purpose of events tickets registration and booking procedure.

Should you wish your data to be removed you must request Asociația Centrul pentru o Societate Durabilă to do so in writing. Requests will be processed within a 30-day period after being emailed to [email protected]

Participation in all festival events is free of charge, but pre-registration is required. To register, go to: https://l.oveit.com/events/embed?id=0c6ed99da9&theme=light&language=en

Confirmation of your registration will be sent to you via email by Asociația Centrul pentru o Societate Durabilă and Oveit once you have registered.

It is possible to purchase multiple tickets with the same email.

The total number of tickets available is 700.

2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I hereby give my consent for Asociația Centrul pentru o Societate Durabilă to use for the purposes of processing complimentary or otherwise ticket registration the mandatory data and any voluntary data I provide when registering a complimentary admission ticket on Oveit, the ticketing platform of the events organized by Asociația Centrul pentru o Societate Durabilă.

I further give my consent for the voluntary data provided. I acknowledge and accept that my data will be used in accordance with this General Data Protection Regulation and Declaration of Consent and will be retained and stored for this purpose.

3. ONLINE SURVEYS

I hereby give my consent for Asociația Centrul pentru o Societate Durabilă to store any voluntary information I may provide in the course of participating in an online survey. I acknowledge and accept that my data will be used for commercial purposes in accordance with this General Data Protection Regulation and Declaration of Consent and will be retained and stored for this purpose.

4. USE OF PERSONAL DATA FOR ADVERTISING PURPOSES

Asociația Centrul pentru o Societate Durabilă will not sell, nor give your name, address, e-mail address  or personal information to any third party without your permission. By registering at the festival you consent that your profile will be visible in Oveit – the ticketing platform of the festival.

I hereby give my consent for Asociația Centrul pentru o Societate Durabilă to store the following types of data for internal purposes:

  • Mandatory and voluntary data collected at the time of registration for the festival, as requested on the website available at www.consolid8.ro/festival
  • Voluntary disclosures when participating in online surveys.
  • I give consent for Asociația Centrul pentru o Societate Durabilă to analyze and use the data for the purpose of mathematical and statistical analysis.
  • I acknowledge that I may be photographed or filmed by official photographer and/or cameraman and I consent to my image being used in event related materials by Asociația Centrul pentru o Societate Durabilă and its partners.

5. PERSONAL INFORMATION

When personal information (e.g. name, e-mail address, work address, phone numbers, job title, company and other contact information) is provided through the festival website or directly by e-mail, you give consent to Asociația Centrul pentru o Societate Durabilă for:

  • Processing and administering your personal data to perform all necessary actions to give effect to your request or instructions
  • Retaining a record of incoming and outgoing communications (e.g. email) to process your personal data as outlined in this Privacy Statement.

Asociația Centrul pentru o Societate Durabilă may also collect the following information about you:

  • Information that you provide by filling in forms on our website;
  • Name;
  • Email address and telephone numbers;
  • Date of birth.

If you contact us we may keep a record of that correspondence. We may ask you to complete surveys for research purposes.

6. RIGHT OF ACCESS

You have a right to be given a copy of any of your personal data held by Asociația Centrul pentru o Societate Durabilă in accordance with the Data Protection Acts subject to certain exceptions. Requests for a copy of your personal data can be emailed to Info or addressed to [email protected]

7. RIGHT OF RECTIFICATION OR ERASUREACCESS

If Asociația Centrul pentru o Societate Durabilă holds incorrect information about you which was originally submitted by you through this website, you have the right to have the data amended. Further, you have the right to have any information you have sent to us via this website erased.

To request your right to rectification and/or erasure please send your request to contact [email protected]. Requests should include:

  • Your name and address.
  • A description of the specific personal data you wish rectified.

Please note that Asociația Centrul pentru o Societate Durabilă is not required to rectify or erase your data where doing so would prevent you from meeting your contractual obligations to Asociația Centrul pentru o Societate Durabilă or where Asociația Centrul pentru o Societate Durabilă is required to process (including retaining) your personal data for a lawful purpose in accordance with the Data Protection Acts.

Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, Asociația Centrul pentru o Societate Durabilă cannot guarantee its absolute security in the case of a hazard.

Asociația Centrul pentru o Societate Durabilă reserves the right to modify this General Data Protection Regulation and Declaration of Consent at any time. Any changes will be posted on our home page and other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of the changes.

9. CANCELLATION POLICY

To initiate the cancellation of your tickets, kindly get in touch with us at [email protected]. Inform us about your intention to cancel, and you will subsequently receive a confirmation email regarding the cancellation process.

10. EVENT CANCELLATION, POSTMENT & SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Please note that while speakers and topics are confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, Asociația Centrul pentru o Societate Durabilă reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary without any liability to you whatsoever. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page as soon as possible.
